Refund Policy

Version 1.3 · Effective date: 29 June 2026

This Refund Policy applies to Bounceless purchases and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Bounceless is operated by K&V KIELVES LEGACY VENTURES, SLU; purchases are sold and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Contact: legal@bounceless.io.

1. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for all Bounceless purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, tax/VAT, invoices, payment-method handling, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Refunds are processed by Paddle, not by Bounceless: where a refund is due, Bounceless instructs Paddle and Paddle issues it. Bounceless cannot and does not issue card refunds directly. Refunds may take several business days depending on payment method, bank or card network, and Paddle processing.

2. Refund principles

Because the Service performs and delivers verification work as soon as it runs, Credits are consumed when the verification work for an address is performed, regardless of the Result returned (including “unknown”, “accept-all/catch-all”, or “risky”). A non-conclusive or unfavourable Result is not a failure of the Service and does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund or credit reversal. Discretionary refunds are handled through Paddle’s Merchant-of-Record process at Paddle’s and Bounceless’s discretion. Where Paddle’s Buyer Terms or applicable law require a minimum money-back window or other mandatory refund right, that requirement applies and prevails over this Policy.

3. Non-refundable items

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or Paddle/Bounceless approves an exception, the following are non-refundable:

4. Immediate performance and cooling-off

The Service supplies digital content and digital services that begin to be performed immediately on purchase. Where a withdrawal or cooling-off right applies to you under applicable consumer law, by starting a verification job, consuming Credits, or downloading any export you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any such withdrawal right once the relevant work has been performed or the export delivered, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Statutory withdrawal (EU / EEA / UK consumers)

Where mandatory law grants you a right of withdrawal — for EU/EEA/UK consumers, ordinarily 14 days — that right is administered by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. As set out in Section 4 above, that right is lost once a verification job has started or its Results have been made available, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Policy excludes any non-waivable statutory right of a consumer under the law of their country of residence.

6. Cancellations and automatic renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal through your account or Paddle, using the online cancellation method provided. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund already-granted Credits or already-used services, except as required by law.

7. Reversals and access

If Paddle processes a refund, chargeback, dispute, or adjustment, Bounceless may claw back the Credits originally granted by that transaction and may end or limit access to paid features. A balance may become negative if Credits were already consumed.

8. How to request a refund

Refund and cancellation requests are handled by Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and this Policy. To start a request, email legal@bounceless.io with your account email, Paddle transaction or invoice reference, purchase date, and the reason for the request, or contact Paddle directly. Do not send card numbers, card security codes, passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
